Hello Neighbours in Fairfield & Friends,

Through Fairfield Seasons Eco-arts Project has free, fun community arts activities underway.

Through Fairfield Seasons Eco-arts Project creates opportunities for community participants to connect to one another and to the local Garry oak ecosystem which is home to Fairfield Community Place.

Join me and participating groups of residents, friends, students and people active in caring for our local parks, for Care to Harvest in nearby parks. Weave Together sessions take place at Fairfield Community Place.

Handbill attached provides locations, dates and times Feb 16th – April 21st For our first public workshops, take part in harvesting *invasive plants, learn how to process these for useable art making material. Then, come weave together these plant fibres to create useful and beautiful items.
Gloves and hand tools provided but bring your own if your like.

Please share widely and invite neighbours and friends to join us !
